Why choose trainers? Trainers are ideal for parents who are doing a lot of EC or potty-training and want a thinner, less absorbent pad.

Sizing: Trainers come in size MEDIUM.

Prep your pads: Wash 1-3 times before first use. Washing shrinks and fluffs the fibers to optimize absorbency and fit.

Includes 6 snap-in trainers.

Diaper Cover: Size 6-24 Months

If your diaper cover is size 6-24 Months, ONLY size 6-24 Months pads will fit.

Diaper Cover: All Other Sizes

All other diaper cover sizes have front-rise snaps. These snaps are used to shorten the diaper to fit a smaller baby. A shorter diaper needs a smaller size pad.

**Smaller pads MAY still fit when you extend the rise. Switch from rear-most snap to front-most snap. See chart below for details.**

What pad is right for me?

For normal daytime use, choose Standard Pads.

Choose Trainers if you're doing EC or potty training and most of your child's pee goes in the potty.

If you need extra absorbency (for nights, naps, car rides, etc.), try our insert adapters. These convert the snaps to elastic bands that can hold prefold diapers or other inserts in the diaper.

How Many Do I need?

To use all-in-two diapers exclusively, you'll ideally want 2-3 wool covers OR 4-6 PUL covers and 18-24 snap-in pads.

If you want to use multiple styles, you should start with 1-3 covers and 6-9 pads.
