Return and Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but if something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange. Returns are typically processed within 3–5 business days of receipt.
In order to be eligible for return, products must be:
- New
- Unused
- Unwashed
- With original tags
- In original packaging
- Postmarked within 30 days of delivery
- Purchased from our website (items bought secondhand or through buy/sell/trade groups are not eligible.)
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Second-hand or gently used items
- Seconds or irregular items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Custom orders
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for returns we do not receive.
Return Condition Notice
If returned items appear used, washed, or not in original condition, we will not issue a refund. Instead:

We will contact you and invoice for return shipping to send the item(s) back.

If return postage is not paid within 7 days, the item(s) will be donated and no refund will be issued.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Gift Returns
If you received an item as a gift and can provide proof of purchase, you may return it for store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method can only be requested by the original purchaser.
Promotional and Free Gifts
If a free gift was included with your order, it must also be returned in new condition.
If it is not returned, the retail value of the promotional item will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Check your bank or credit card account again.

Contact your credit card company—it may take time before the refund posts.

Warranty
We offer a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship, covering:
- Fabric holes discovered upon delivery
- Defective snaps or elastic
- Broken stitching or seams
Warranty does NOT cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Slight snap placement variances
- Odor issues, stains, pilling, fading, discoloration, or repelling
- Leaks not caused by lamination defects
- Damage from improper wash routines
- Shrinkage or dryer damage
- Clearance, giveaway, or second-quality items
Exchanges
If your item is covered under warranty or arrives defective, please email us at chelsea@flappynappies.com. Once approved, we will exchange the product at no cost to you.
