The Great Cloth Diaper Change is a global initiative to raise awareness of the benefits of cloth diapers and sustainable parenting.
Participants from all over the world will change their babies' cloth diapers at once!
Great Cloth Diaper Change History
Originally started in 2011 by Judy Aagard of Tiny Tots Diaper Service, The Great Cloth Diaper Change (GCDC) began as an initiative to set the world record for most cloth diapers changed simultaneously.
Since then, the event has spread globally in an effort to raise awareness of the benefits of cloth diapers and sustainable parenting. The current record, set in 2014, is 8,459 cloth diapers changed at once.
Although the GCDC organizing committee has stepped down, Flappy-Nappies® is honored to host our very own GCDC with their permission. Please check back here in 2026 to join us in continuing this beloved tradition!
